Gift Cards
When purchasing a gift card for someone else, please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect email address is provided and the gift card is delivered to, and used by, someone else, we are unfortunately unable to retrieve or replace the value.
We strongly encourage customers to double‑check all details before completing their order. Please note that gift card emails may occasionally arrive in junk or spam folders.
Gift cards are available to UK residents only, are valid for one year from the date of purchase, cannot be used in conjunction with promotional discount codes, and are non‑refundable. Items purchased using gift cards are eligible for exchange only.
Online Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your orderby notifying us within this timeframe. Once notified, items must be returned within a further 14 days.
If we do not receive notification within the initial 14‑day period, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit.
Refunds are available for online orders delivered by post only. Orders collected in store or via click and collect are eligible for exchange or credit note only.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be:

Unworn and in a resaleable condition

With all original garment tags attached

Returned in their original packaging, including shoe boxes
Shoes must be tried on indoors on clean, soft surfaces only. When trying on garments, please avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals.
We cannot accept returns for:

Items showing signs of wear

Items that have been washed or damaged due to incorrect care

Socks, tights, underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded or exchanged. Such items will be held until return postage has been paid for the item to be sent back to you.
Free Shipping & Deductions
If your order qualified for free shipping, but items are returned resulting in the order no longer meeting the free‑shipping threshold, a £4.50 delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Process
Please contact us before returning any items so we can discuss your options and confirm stock availability for exchanges. Stock levels can change quickly and contacting us first allows us to reserve items where possible.

Please include your receipt and a note stating your reason for return and how you would like us to proceed (refund, exchange or credit).
We recommend obtaining proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Delivery Address Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided, we are unable to offer a refund.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country. If these charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping cost is non‑refundable, as the delivery service has already been fulfilled.
Once returned to us in its original, unworn and resaleable condition, we will refund the item value only. Any return postage costs or customs charges incurred may be deducted from the refund.
Click & Collect
Click and collect orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase and are eligible for exchange or credit note only.
Orders not collected within two weeks of purchase become non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable.
