Returns & Exchanges | The Little Lambs Boutique | Sunderland TERMS & CONDITIONS When purchasing a gift card for someone else, please make sure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly at checkout. If the wrong email address is provided and the gift card is delivered to someone else who then uses it, we are unfortunately unable to retrieve or replace the value. We always encourage you to double and even triple check before completing your order. Gift card emails can sometimes slip into junk or spam folders, so if your recipient hasn’t mentioned receiving their gift, it may be worth asking them to check. Our gift cards are available to UK residents only, are valid for five years from the date of purchase, and cannot be used alongside promotional discount codes. Gift cards are non-refundable and items purchased using them are eligible for exchange only. We offer a 14-day notification period followed by a further 14 days to return your item. You must let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it, and then return your item within the following 14 days. If we do not receive notification within the initial 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Refunds are available for online orders delivered by post. Orders collected in store or through click and collect are eligible for exchange or a credit note only. Please ensure that your full and correct delivery address is entered at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because an incorrect address was provided, we are unable to offer a refund. We kindly ask all customers to carefully check their details before completing their order. When returning items, please package them securely to avoid damage during transit, as we cannot refund items that are returned damaged due to poor packing. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back so we can discuss your options and confirm stock availability. Once you have spoken to us, returns can be sent to: 34 St Lukes Terrace, Pallion, Sunderland, SR4 6NQ. Please include your receipt and a note with your reason for return and how you would like us to proceed, such as an exchange for a different size or an alternative item. Stock can change quickly, so contacting us first allows us to hold any exchange items until your parcel arrives. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country. If these charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping cost is not refundable as the delivery service has already been fulfilled. Once the parcel arrives back with us in its original, unworn and resalable condition, we will refund the item cost only. Any return postage fees or customs charges applied during the return process may be deducted from the refund. Shipping is non-refundable when customs fees are refused because the delivery service has been completed once the parcel leaves our store. Click and collect orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase and are eligible for exchange or a credit note only. Orders not collected within two weeks of purchase become non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, unworn and in their original packaging. If a garment shows signs of wear, we will be unable to process a return and the item will be sent back to you. Please follow all care instructions on garment labels, as we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to incorrect washing or care.
