Payment Methods
We accept a range of secure payment methods, which may include major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your order, eligibility and the payment provider’s terms.
Klarna
Klarna payment options may be available at checkout to eligible UK customers. Availability is subject to eligibility, status and Klarna’s approval. Klarna is a separate payment provider and, where you choose to pay using Klarna, your payment agreement is with Klarna and is subject to Klarna’s applicable terms and conditions.
Please spend responsibly. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively affect your financial status and ability to obtain credit. Customers must be aged 18 or over. Terms and conditions apply.
Clearpay
Clearpay may be available at checkout to eligible UK customers, allowing purchases to be paid in instalments subject to Clearpay’s approval and terms. Clearpay is a separate payment provider and your payment agreement is with Clearpay.
Clearpay is credit. Please use Clearpay responsibly. Customers must be aged 18 or over and eligibility criteria, terms and conditions apply. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future.
PayPal
PayPal may be available at checkout. Where eligible PayPal credit or instalment products are offered, these are provided by PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s eligibility checks, approval and applicable terms. Little Lambs Childrenswear does not make lending decisions on behalf of PayPal.
Payment Provider Approval
Little Lambs Childrenswear does not guarantee that any third-party payment or credit option will be available to a particular customer or order. Eligibility and approval decisions are made by the relevant payment provider. We do not control or override those decisions.
Returns and Refunds
Returns remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights. Where an eligible refund is due for an order paid using Klarna, Clearpay, PayPal or another third-party payment provider, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method. Any remaining payment schedule, instalment adjustment or refund allocation is handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its terms.
Customers should continue to make any payments due to their payment provider unless and until the provider confirms that the payment schedule has been adjusted or cancelled.
Order Cancellations
Cancelling or returning an order does not automatically cancel a separate payment plan immediately. Where applicable, we will process an eligible cancellation or refund through the original transaction, after which the relevant payment provider will update the customer’s payment arrangement in accordance with its procedures.
Contacting Your Payment Provider
For questions about payment schedules, eligibility decisions, missed payments, account restrictions or credit agreements, customers should contact the relevant payment provider directly. Little Lambs Childrenswear can assist with questions relating to your order, dispatch, returns and refunds, but we cannot amend a third-party provider’s credit decision or payment agreement.
